1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by E-Growth Agency ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

E-Growth Agency specializes in go-to marketing services for real estate businesses. The scope of services will be detailed in the agreed proposal or contract.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made according to the agreed milestones.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences.

• Late payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension.

• Additional services requested outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

  
  

4. Lead Generation & Performance

• We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, but we ensure targeted campaigns for maximum ROI.

• The success of lead conversion depends on the Client’s sales process and follow-ups.

• Ad spend is paid directly by the Client and is not included in our service fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary branding materials, access to required platforms, and timely feedback.

• Follow up with leads generated through our campaigns.

• Ensure compliance with all advertising platform policies.

  
  

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

• Clients may cancel services with a 14-day written notice.

• If services are canceled before completion, work done up to that point will be billed accordingly.

  
  

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

E-Growth Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the Indian Law . Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal action in the appropriate courts.
